Suzuki, one of the leading makers of compact cars, launches its all-new Celerio, featuring an A+ compact build — a concept that steps up on the strengths and exceeds the limits of the A segment car by implementing the “small on the outside, big on the inside” idea. It sports the same dynamic and easy-to-maneuver design, while offering spacious room for passengers and relatively huge luggage capacity.
Equipped with electric power steering and electronic-controlled door lock and windows, the new Celerio model also provides above-standard safety and security features with its Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), dual airbags, collapsible steering column, side impact beams, Suzuki’s patented TECT design, as well as the high mount stop lamp and defogger. The all-new Celerio sports an improved K10B three-cylinder engine that produces a maximum output of 67 hp @ 6,000 rpm and 90 Nm @3,500 rpm for excellent fuel efficiency to meet the practicality and sophisticated taste of modern Filipinos.
Suzuki Philippines President Hiroshi Suzuki expresses, “We are very excited to showcase our A+ compact design to the Filipino market. You will all be amazed with the architecture of this model, particularly its best-in-class luggage capacity, superb ease and comfort in driving, and outstanding fuel efficiency. We are confident that this all-new Suzuki Celerio will set a new standard for its kind.”
The all-new Suzuki Celerio is now available in Suzuki outlets nationwide. Prices start at Php507,000 for manual transmission and Php542,000 for Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
