A courtesy call was made by SM Vice President Mall Operations Manager in Mindanao Mr. Oliver John Tiu to Gov. Bambi Emano last October 30, 2015 at the Provincial Capitol. Together with Tiu was Ms. Ivy Guantero, Public Relations Manager and Ms. Vlara Elizaga, Mall Manager.
The courtesy call was made as a practice of SM because SM CDO 2 is being put up in the province.
Gov. Bambi Emano highlighted and marketed the Christmas parols made by the Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail (MOPJ) inmates that will support them in their endeavors and activities inside the MOPJ.
SM CDO 2 is 3.4 hectares wide with 12 floors. The first to fourth floor is SM Mall and the fifth to twelfth floor are BPOs.
Tiu also coordinated the Provincial Government to assist them in terms of man power. Any interested applicants aiming to apply at the new SM CDO 2 can submit their resume at the Public Employment Service Office-Provincial Government (PESO) for recruitment.
The SM management is also looking forward to the possibility of putting up Save More in Opol, Misamis Oriental some time soon.
“The choice is very clear. Misamis Oriental will soon be the province that’s the center of commerce here in Mindanao,” Tiu said.
