During the forum, Sto. Tomas Vice Mayor Armenius Silva expressed their excitement for Miramonti as one of the many developments they are expecting this year. At the same time, the municipality of Sto. Tomas is aggressively pushing for its cityhood, which they expect to receive within the year. Vice Mayor Silva added that they are thankful that Italpinas decided to build its third project in Sto. Tomas as it will add more value and diversity in the area.
“We are indeed excited to launch the Miramonti project and to have Batangas as its location. With IDC’s goal to build its name as a pioneer green real estate developer and to invest in areas with booming economy, we believe that the position for Miramonti perfectly fits that objective. Batangas is rich in tourist spots, culture, and history and we are honored to build our first project in Luzon in Sto. Tomas”, Architect Nati explained.
The Batangas Provincial Investment Council is composed of Batangas businessmen and investors. Other speakers of the event were Atty. Christian Batoon, BPIC (Batangas Provincial Information and Communication Technology) 3rd District Business Manager, Juan Lozano, Batangas Tourism Council President, and Rene Lopez, Batangas Provincial Information and Communication Technology.
