THE city government headed by Mayor Oscar Moreno with Councilors George Goking, Reuben Daba, Romeo V. Calizo and Maria Lourdes Gaane with City Hall department heads welcomed military officers, civilian government officials and executives from the private sector of Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan and Sri Lanka who are in the city.
The Power learned that their visit is part of their one-year Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) course of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP).
Councilor Goking, who was among those who attended the briefing with the MNSA RC-53 enrollees, hailed the NDCP for actively pursuing the mission to develop potential leaders from the public and private sectors.
