BRIA Flats, a modern community of seven four-story condominium buildings, will soon be rising in Cagayan de Oro City, somewhere in the inner residential enclave section of barangay Kauswagan.

Bria Flats Cagayan de Oro will have its groundbreaking in the first quarter of next year. Occupancy is expected by 2017.
