THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. will conduct an ocular inspection on Wednesday, February 28, 9:00 a.m. at the Xavier Estates Subdivision at Upper Balulang.
This was agreed during the recent committee meeting in response to the application of A. Brown Co. for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of Phase 4F, Phase 5B Ventura residence II, Phase 6 Ignatius Enclave and application of Terraces in Phase 6, all at Xavier Estates.
The subdivision lot of Phase 4F covers 34,711 square meters with 73 units, Phase 5B Ventura Residence contains 20,852 square meters more or less with 73 units, Phase 6 contains 90,573 square meters with 251 units and Terraces in Phase 6 covers 28,763 square meters containing 46 lot units.
Councilor Acenas invited representatives of the City Housing Board, City Engineering Office, City Planning and Development and the developer of the subdivision to join the ocular inspection. (JBD)
