Suzuki-Wheeltek’s lady rider Jacq Buncio has once again owned the racetrack at the National Motorcycle Championships 2018 Round 3 on board the Suzuki GSX-R1000R with her strong performance at the Philippine National Superbike Championship – Rookie Category (PSBK) and Pirelli Cup Class A. It was a very fine day to race at the Clark International Speedway with good weather and the high spirits of the spectators.
Our very own Jacq who was also dubbed as the fastest motorsport lady rider in the country today, did not fail to give the audience a good race to watch. Following her consistent leads in the previous rounds of the PSBK and the Pirelli Cup, she’s already a strong force to be reckoned with even to her advanced level contenders.
We saw Jacq warming up on the Race 1 of the Pirelli Cup Class A with a first runner up win. Her performance at the pre-final of the PSBK however was the beginning of the exciting events of the day wherein despite of being a Rookie, she was already doing head on battles with the Master and Expert riders leaving her sole contender in her class far behind.
All pumped up from this, Jacq owned the Race 2 of Pirelli Cup Class A with a champion finish securing her the top position in the overall standings of this class to date. Jacq capped her 4th race of the day – the Finals of the PSBK with another top win.
The Suzuki-Wheeltek Racing Team is powered by Total and is supported by YRS, YSS, RCB, SSS, G4, Galfer and Amaron. Watch out for Round 4 of the National Motorcycle Championships on August 5 at the Clark International Speedway.
